This giveaway is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, except for those who are legally prohibited from participating. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure they are eligible to participate in accordance with any local, state, or federal laws or regulations applicable to their place of residence.

In order to enter, join the waitlist by providing your email address. Once the platform is live, FlexSmart will send an email to the address you provided granting you early access. From there, create a free FlexSmart account with the same email you used to join the waitlist and you’re in. No purchase is necessary to participate in the giveaway. 

In order for additional entries to be valid, invited friends that joined the waitlist must sign up for a free FlexSmart account with the same email they used to join the waitlist. Once they’re free account is created, they earn an entry into the giveaway and you earn an additional entry. No purchase is necessary to gain an additional entry.

After 14 days, all entries will be verified and winners will be selected at random. Odds are based on the number of entries.

Winners will be announced to all waitlisters via email when the giveaway closes. Winners will be individually notified via email within 5 business days from the giveaway end date. If winners do not respond within 15 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited. If a prize isn’t available for any reason, FlexSmart has the right to offer another prize at similar value.

The grand prize is one (1) MacBook Pro with a retail value up to $2,500. The specific model, features, and any included accessories or software will be determined by FlexSmart based on the available inventory at the time of prize awarding. 

Prizes awarded in giveaways are subject to federal and possibly state taxes. Any tax obligations resulting from this giveaway are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable or redeemable for cash. 

FlexSmart will cover shipping and handling costs within the United States. FlexSmart is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping and handling of prizes won. 

If the grand prize winner is located outside of the United States, the winner will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling, in addition to any customs fees or taxes applicable to their place of residence. FlexSmart is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping and handling of prizes won. 

FlexSmart reserves the right to disqualify anyone associated with dishonest behavior or fraudulent activity.

This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governed by the State of Florida. By participating, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state, and local courts located in Florida for any disputes arising out of this giveaway.

Amendments will become effective upon publication on the FlexSmart website or other official communication means.
